The Harwin Award was created in 2005 at the Lee Kuan Yew School of Public Policy (LKYSPP) with the generous donation by our chairman Mr Damon de Laszlo on behalf of Harwin Group. This award was developed to award students from the Master in Public Policy Programme who had displayed outstanding academic achievement and student leadership.

Each year, LKYSPP continues to advance its mission of providing opportunities for education and training to the next generation of Asian policy-makers and leaders. The support from Mr Damon de Laszlo will help make a difference to the lives of future-policy makers.
