All manufacturing moulding, precision stamping, auto-turning, electro-plating and automatic assembly - is performed in house. Product design, tooling and HARWIN built automatic assembly machines are subject Failure Modes and Effects Analysis (FMEA), design Assembly (DFA), and other strict, quality control procedures prior to production. Statistical Process Control (SPC) techniques monitor the production process. All products, measured by the Process Control Index (CpK), Have acceptance levels in parts per million. Our goal, driven by a vigorous, continuous improvement program in Sigma 6 (zero defects).While other manufacturers wait for approval HARWIN's 50 year commitment to quality has helped us earn the ISO 9001 Certification. This certification is recognised internationally as a guarantee of quality.
